Delivery options are shown during checkout when placing an order on the TDSA website.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the greater of actual weight or volumetric weight, as well as the delivery location.
Delivery within South Africa
We deliver nationwide via courier.
Typical delivery times are calculated from dispatch, not from the order date.
Orders are dispatched once:
- Payment has been received, and
- Stock has been confirmed, and
- The order has been verified
Some items may need to be ordered from suppliers before dispatch.
Collection
Collection may be possible once your order is ready.
Please wait until you receive confirmation that the order is ready before sending a courier or arriving to collect.
You may also arrange your own courier if preferred.
International orders
We can ship some products internationally, subject to export and import regulations.
International orders are handled on a case-by-case basis.
