You can place orders at any time using the TDSA website.

For normal retail purchases, we recommend ordering directly on the website.

For bulk orders, trade enquiries, government orders, special orders, or items not listed on the website, please email: sales@tdsa.co.za

You can  also use the Request a Quote page on the website.

Step 1 — Create an account

Go to the TDSA website and click on Login / Register at the top of the page if you have not created an account yet.

Then click on Register Now.

You will be asked to enter some basic information in order to create your account.

Once completed, submit the form to create your account.

Step 2 — Browse and add products to your cart

Once logged in, you can search or browse the website to view all available products.

To add an item to your order, select the required options (size, colour, etc.) and click Add to cart.

You can view or edit your cart at any time by clicking the Cart icon at the top of the page.

Step 3 — Review your cart

When you are ready to place your order, open your cart and review all items carefully.

Please check:

  • Sizes
  • Colours
  • Quantities
  • Product options
  • Delivery details

You can add, remove or change items before continuing.

Click Proceed to checkout when ready.

Step 4 — Enter delivery details

You will be prompted to enter your delivery and billing details.

Please make sure all information is correct, including:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Contact number
  • Email address

Click Continue once completed.

Step 5 — Select delivery or collection

Choose your preferred shipping or collection option.

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, size and delivery area.

You may also leave notes in the order comments if needed.

Click Continue to proceed.

Step 6 — Select payment method

Select your preferred payment method.

We accept:

  • EFT
  • Card payments
  • Payfast / Paygate
  • Ozow
  • Stitch
  • PayJustNow (Buy Now Pay Later)
  • Yoco (in store)
  • Cash (in store)

All orders are processed on a payment-in-advance basis.

Please note:

  • Stock is only reserved once payment is received
  • Some items are ordered from suppliers after payment
  • Lead times may apply to certain products

Accept the Terms and Conditions and confirm your order.

Step 7 — Complete payment

After confirming your order, you will be redirected to the selected payment provider to complete payment.

Once payment is successful:

  • You will see an order confirmation message
  • You will receive a confirmation email

Step 8 — Order progress and enquiries

You will receive an email confirming your order with a ticket number.

You can reply to that email with any enquiries regarding your order.
