The TDSA website is open 24/7, 365 days a year at www.tdsa.co.za.
Simply go to www.tdsa.co.za and click on "Register" in the top right if you haven't done so already.
You will be asked for some basic information in order to create an account for you. Enter your details and click "Create Account".
You will be directed to the homepage where you can search and browse all the products that TDSA has to offer.
While browsing, add whichever products interest you to your Shopping Cart.
You can view, add and remove items from your cart at any time by clicking on the Shopping Cart Icon at any time.
When you are ready to confirm your purchase, click on the Shopping Cart Icon to review your order.
Feel free to make changes to your order and once you are ready to place your order, click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button.
You will be prompted to enter the Delivery and Invoice To Address. Once done, click "Continue".
Next you will be prompted to select your preferred Delivery or Collection Option. Make your selection and feel free to leave relevant notes or information in the Comments Field. Click "Continue" once completed.
You will now be prompted to select your payment option. TDSA makes use of well known and reputable payment gateway solution companies.
Now select your payment provider of choice by ticking the relevant tick box and Accept the Terms and Conditions once you have read through them. (Provided you agree to them of course.)
Review the rest of your order details including the Address, Shipping Method and Items on the Order. (Please pay special attention to item sizes, colours and other attributes that can be easily overlooked.
Once you are satisfied that all the order details are 100% correct, click on "Confirm Order".
You will be directed to the payment gateway you chose to complete the payment using the payment method of your choice.
Once payment is successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation message confirming that the order has been placed. You will also receive an email confirming the placement of your order.
You will be able to follow up on progress of your order at any time by emailing online@tdsa.co.za.
