Delivery time depends on stock availability, order processing time, and your delivery location.
Many products supplied by Tactical Distributors SA are ordered from suppliers after payment, so lead times may vary.
Delivery time is calculated from dispatch, not from the date the order was placed.
Order processing time
Orders are processed once:
- Payment has been received
- Stock availability has been confirmed
- The order has been verified
If the item is in stock, it will normally be dispatched quickly.
If the item is on backorder, imported, or made to order, additional lead time will apply.
Typical delivery times after dispatch
Once the order has been shipped, delivery normally takes:
Local Gauteng deliveries: 1 – 3 working days
Main city centres nationwide: 1 – 5 working days
Outlying areas: 1 – 10 working days (depending on location)
These times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier.
Possible delays
Delays may occur if:
- The item is on backorder
- The item must be ordered from a supplier
- The item is imported
- Payment has not yet reflected
- Supplier stock has changed
- Courier delays occur
- Customs or logistics delays occur
