Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and applicable consumer protection laws.

Because many of the products supplied by Tactical Distributors SA are specialised, imported, or ordered on demand, returns are not always possible.

All returns must be approved before goods are sent back.


Requesting a return

Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the goods, unless the item is faulty or covered by warranty.

We will review the request and, if approved, issue a Return Authorisation.

Goods may not be returned without approval.


Conditions for returns

Returned goods must:

  • Be in new and resalable condition
  • Be in the original packaging
  • Include all parts, accessories, and labels
  • Not show signs of use or damage caused by the customer

If goods are returned via courier, they must be packaged properly to avoid damage in transit.

TDSA reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Warranty claims

If an item is faulty due to a manufacturer defect, the item may be:

  • Repaired
  • Replaced
  • Credited
  • Refunded

depending on the nature of the defect and supplier warranty terms.

If damage is not due to a manufacturing defect, a repair quotation may be provided where possible.


Refunds and credits

If a return is approved for refund or credit, one of the following may apply:

Repair
Replacement
Store credit
Refund

Handling or administration fees may apply depending on the reason for the return.

Refunds may take up to 21 working days after all required information has been received.

Large refunds may take longer depending on payment method and banking processes.


Special order, import, and custom items

The following items cannot normally be returned or refunded:

  • Special order items
  • Imported items
  • Custom or branded products
  • Items ordered specifically for the customer
  • PPE and hygiene-related products (unless defective)

These items are ordered specifically on request and cannot always be resold.


Order cancellations

If an order is cancelled after it has been placed, cancellation or administration fees may apply.

Orders that have already been placed with suppliers may not be cancellable.

Special order or import items may not be eligible for cancellation.

  • Returns are subject to approval
  • Stock must be in resalable condition
  • Refunds are not always possible
  • Some returns may be subject to handling fees
  • Lead times for refunds may vary
