Because many of the products supplied by Tactical Distributors SA are specialised, imported, or ordered on demand, returns are not always possible and must be approved before goods are sent back.

Please include:
- Order number
- Product name
- Reason for return
We will review the request and advise whether the return can be approved.
Goods may not be returned without prior approval.
Important notes
- Items must be in new and resalable condition unless faulty
- Special order, import, and custom items may not be returnable
- Handling or administration fees may apply
- Refunds or credits are subject to approval
- Warranty claims may be handled through the supplier
