The fastest way to get an update is to reply to that email.
How to request an update
You can do any of the following:
1. Reply to your order email
Reply to the ticket email you received when placing your order.
This keeps all information linked to your order and allows us to assist you faster.
2. Use the website chat
You can use the chat function on the TDSA website and provide your order reference number: https://www.tacticaldistributors.co.za
Our AI assistant will try to help first, and if needed your request will be sent to the correct team.
3. Email us

Please include your Order Reference Number when requesting an update.
Orders that have not shipped yet
Some orders may take longer to process, for example if:
- The item is on backorder
- The item must be ordered from a supplier
- The item is imported
- The item is manufactured to order
- Payment has not yet reflected
Orders are processed after payment has been received and availability has been confirmed.
