If you have placed your order with a specific TDSA branch, please contact the individual that you placed your order with.
If you placed your order online on the TDSA website, you should have received a TDSA Ticket # via email and you should be updated on the progress of your order via that ticket.
To follow up on this, you can do the following:
1. Reply to the TDSA Ticket email that you received when placing your order.
2. You can make use of our Customer Service Interface on the bottom right of our website by clicking on Need Help? > Contact Us, completing the form and selecting "Online Order Query" as the Enquiry Type. Please make sure to include your Order Reference. We will update you on the status of your order as quickly as possible once received..
3. You can email firstname.lastname@example.org and request an update. Please make sure to include your Order Reference when sending the email so that we can assist you as quickly as possible.
