We do everything possible to process orders as quickly as possible, but delays can occur from time to time due to supplier, stock, or logistics factors.

Many of the products supplied by Tactical Distributors SA are specialised, imported, or ordered from suppliers once payment has been received. Because of this, lead times may vary.


Common reasons for delays

Orders may be delayed if:

  • The item is on backorder
  • The item must be ordered from a supplier
  • The item is imported
  • The item is manufactured to order
  • Payment has not yet reflected
  • Supplier stock has changed
  • Import or customs delays occurred
  • Courier delays occurred
  • Order verification is still in progress

Orders are only processed once payment has been received and availability has been confirmed.
