Yes, collection is possible once your order has been confirmed and is ready.
Most orders are placed online and shipped via courier, but you may choose collection if preferred.
How to arrange collection
You can:
- Place your order on the TDSA website and select collection, or
- Request a quote and arrange collection when confirming the order
Orders are only prepared for collection after:
- Payment has been received
- Stock has been confirmed
- The order has been verified
You will be notified when the order is ready.
Important
Please do not send a courier or arrive for collection until you have received confirmation that the order is ready.
Many products are ordered from suppliers after payment, so stock may not always be available immediately.
Please have your Order Reference Number available when collecting or when sending a courier.
Own courier
You may arrange your own courier if preferred.
Please ensure the courier has:
- Order reference number
- Correct collection details
Orders will only be released once they are ready.
International orders
Some orders may be supplied for export or international delivery.
These are handled on a case-by-case basis.
