Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, incorrect installation, or damage caused after delivery.
Warranty claims
If you believe an item is faulty, please contact us before returning the product.

- Order number
- Product name
- Description of the problem
- Photos if possible
We will advise on the correct return procedure.
Goods may not be returned without approval.
Warranty process
Warranty claims may require:
- Inspection by TDSA
- Inspection by the supplier
- Repair
- Replacement
- Credit or refund (if applicable)
Processing time may vary depending on the supplier or manufacturer.
Some items may need to be sent back to the supplier or imported manufacturer.
