You can use this tracking number to follow your delivery with the courier.

Please note that tracking is only available once the order has been dispatched.


Orders that have not shipped yet

Some orders may not ship immediately.

This may happen if:

  • The item is on backorder
  • The item must be ordered from a supplier
  • The item is imported
  • The item is manufactured to order
  • Payment has not yet reflected

Orders are only dispatched once:

  • Payment has been received, and
  • Stock or supplier availability has been confirmed

How to check your order status

You can reply to the order confirmation email you received when placing your order.

This email creates a support ticket, and replying to it is the fastest way to get an update.
