How to request a quote
Please email your RFQ (Request for Quote) to: sales@tdsa.co.za
You may also use the Request a Quote page on the TDSA website if preferred.
To allow us to quote accurately, please include as much information as possible, such as:
- Product name or description
- Make / model
- Item code or part number
- Colour / size / specification
- Quantity required
- Delivery address
- Collection or courier
- Company name (if applicable)
Providing images, links, or reference numbers will help us quote faster and more accurately.
When a quote is required
A quote is normally required for:
- Bulk orders
- Wholesale or reseller orders
- Government or tender enquiries
- Special order items
- Imported items
- Items not listed on the website
- Large quantity orders
- Orders over R15,000 (guideline only)
If you are unsure, you may still order directly on the website for normal purchases.
Delivery and collection
Please indicate if:
- You will collect, or
- Delivery must be included in the quote
Shipping costs depend on weight, size, and delivery location.
