EFT payments

For EFT payments:

  • Payment must reflect in our bank account
  • Processing will start after payment reflects
  • Bank clearance times may vary

Delays can happen if:

  • Incorrect reference used
  • Payment sent from another account name
  • Bank takes longer to clear funds

Website payments

Payments made via the website using:

  • Card
  • Payfast / Paygate
  • Ozow
  • Stitch
  • PayJustNow

are usually confirmed automatically.
