Payment and urgent orders
Orders are only processed after payment is received.
Stock cannot be reserved without payment.
If the order is urgent, payment should be made as soon as possible after confirmation.
Courier delivery times
Once the order is ready for dispatch, typical delivery times are:
- Gauteng: 1–3 working days
- Main cities: 1–5 working days
- Outlying areas: up to 10 working days
Delivery times start after the order has been dispatched.
